Battery: 12 months (Warranty covers a battery capacity of at least 70 percent after 500 charge cycles.)

Other parts: 12 months (Warranty covers electric motor, motor control unit, charger, display/screen, gear levers and brake levers.)

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or consumable parts such as tires, rims, chains and brake pads.

Important Information

Electric bike with assistance:

• The electric motor is activated when you pedal, which makes it easier on uphill slopes and headwinds.
• The motor may only amplify the power from the pedals and not provide additional power at speeds above 25 km/h.
• The net power of the motor must not exceed 250 watts.
• No age limit or driving license required. It is not mandatory to wear a helmet, but it is recommended. If you are under 15 years old, the bicycle helmet law applies.
• You are allowed to transport one child under 10 years of age if you are over 15 years of age and if there is a suitable seat. You are also allowed to transport two children aged 6 or younger if you are over 18 years of age and if there is a suitable seat.

Motorized Bicycle:
A motorized bicycle is considered a class II moped under the following conditions:

• The motor must have a continuous rated power of 250-1000W.
• The maximum speed with electric assistance is 25 km/h.
• You don’t have to pedal to get electric assistance.
• Requirements for a driver’s license, tractor license or driver’s license for moped class II.
• Age limit 15 years.
• The vehicle must have motor vehicle insurance.
• Helmet requirement.
• You are allowed to ride if there is a suitable place, same rules as for electric bicycles.
• You are allowed to ride on a bike path if there is no sign prohibiting class II mopeds.

Fast Electric Bike up to 45 km/h:
An electric bike that goes up to 45 km/h is considered a class I moped.

• Maximum speed with electric assistance is 45 km/h.
• The motor may have a continuous rated power of up to 4000W.
• You don’t have to pedal to get electric assistance.
• Driver’s license with AM authorization required.
• Age limit 15 years.
• License plate requirements.
• The vehicle must have motor vehicle insurance.
• Moped helmet requirement (not bicycle helmet).
• You are allowed to ride if there is a suitable place, same rules as for electric bicycles.
• The vehicle may not be driven on a cycle path.
